All In A Day is a state-licensed child care. We provide childcare services for children ages newborn – 12 years old, and a Headstart program for children ages 3 – 5 years old.

Positions Available
Lead Teacher
Responsibilities
- Maintain ongoing, open communication with diverse parents and caregivers
- Ensure that each family receives an opportunity to build strong relationships with teaching
- Maintain a well-kept, inclusive classroom environment for parents and children to thrive
- Assist with planning periodical parent conferences to discuss children’s developmental progress, needs and interests
- Collaborate with children’s families to ensure a smooth transition from home to child care
- Assist with creating weekly plans and implementing an age-appropriate curriculum that nurtures and stimulates all domains of each child’s development in their care
- Provide a developmentally appropriate classroom environment that reflects the children’s learning and growth
- Assist with performing ongoing developmental evaluations of children as required
Qualifications
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- CDA or 4-year degree for Lead Teacher (CDA can be acquired within first year of hire)
- Complete BCI/FBI Background Screening and BMV
- Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and in case of emergency a 40-pound child
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to maintain an overall positive and professional nature
- Have reliable transportation
Benefits
- Starting wages are based on experience, education, job description, and performance. Full-time and Part-time starting wages for non-experienced to experienced range between $12 – $18. Potential Candidates with bachelor’s and master’s degrees salary/pay rates will be discussed during the interview process.
